MySQL HeatWave–New Machine Learning Capabilities

Introducing MySQL HeatWave ML

MySQL HeatWave has been one of the fastest growing OCI services. Our customers like Estuda.com experienced dramatic performance improvements and cost savings since moving all workloads to MySQL HeatWave. Oracle Chief Corporate Architect Edward Screven now unveils Oracle MySQL HeatWave ML—the only MySQL cloud database service that supports in-database machine learning. Benchmarks show that on average, HeatWave ML trains machine learning models 25 times faster at 1% of the cost of Redshift ML.
