Migrating from Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX allowed Natcorp teams to enhance the Natcorp HR management (HCM and Payroll) software while reducing development time by 40%.
The end-user experience of Natcorp improved significantly with the UX and UI and with beautiful responsive screens, beyond a lot of functionalities available to end-user as interactive reports, charts and maps. The HR management solution gained a modern look with the Universal Theme and some customized codes of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, and also increased the security levels of infrastructure.
In addition, Oracle APEX and Oracle Database provided the functionality Natcorp developers needed without the time-consuming data integrations of anothers technologies. APEX allowed Natcorp to modernize data integration using Oracle REST Data Services between ERP solutions. Since 2015, Natcorp has transitioning their 30 modules, about 90% of more than 3000 Oracle Forms applications to Oracle APEX in a modernest and smart way, to +2500 APEX pages, and also creating and implementing hundred new functionalities through these years.
